Get your striking and grappling dialed in before the day even starts. We're covering everything from proper stance to ground control - real fight fundamentals, none of that cardio kickboxing stuff.

10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Snatch and clean & jerk technique work. Yeah, it's technical as hell but that's what makes it addictive. We'll spend time on mobility, positioning, and actually moving some weight.

12:15 PM - 1:00 PM
Lunch break sweat session. 45 minutes of intervals that'll have you questioning your life choices - but you'll feel like a beast after. Kettlebells, sleds, rowers, battle ropes... we use it all.

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
This one's for people who actually want to test their skills. Controlled sparring rounds with partners at your level, plus situational drills. You gotta have fundamentals down before jumping in this class.

7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Build explosive power and real-world strength. Think plyometrics, compound movements, speed work. Perfect if you're training for a sport or just wanna move like an athlete instead of looking like one.

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Learn the art of eight limbs from scratch. Elbows, knees, clinch work - all that good stuff. Great cardio too but that's just a bonus. New folks totally welcome here.

7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
The class everyone skips but really shouldn't. Deep stretching, foam rolling, breathing work. Your beat-up body will thank you. Plus it actually helps you perform better in the hard stuff.

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
No-gi grappling focused on submissions and positional control. Mix of drilling and live rolling. If you've never grappled before, come check out a fundamentals class first - this ain't the spot to start.

2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Master the big lifts - squat, bench, deadlift, press. Proper form before heavy weight. Good for anyone who wants to get stronger without all the fancy stuff. Just honest work with a barbell.

6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
End your week with a brutal conditioning session built around fight training. Heavy bag rounds, pad work, bodyweight circuits. You'll be gassed but it's the best way to start your weekend honestly.

Come work on your own thing with coaches floating around if you need help. Work technique, hit the bags, lift, whatever. Great vibe on Saturday mornings - everyone's just putting in work without the structure of a formal class.
